Our 200-acre farm on the slopes of Mauna Loa produces some of the world’s finest coffee, with trees ranging from young saplings to 40-year-old veterans that can yield up to 20 pounds of cherries each.

During harvest season, our team handpicks only the ripest cherries, processes them using the traditional wet method, and mills them the same day to prevent any mold or quality issues. After a careful 12-hour fermentation and mechanical drying process, we roast small batches twice weekly to ensure maximum freshness.
