At Menehune Coffee Company, every bag of coffee is crafted with care, from our farms to your cup. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to the quality we promise, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Just reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of you—with the same warmth and hospitality you’d get if you were sitting in our café in Hawaii.

Shipping
We ship worldwide using FedEx and USPS. Orders to P.O. Boxes will ship via USPS. Shipping rates will be calculated and shown before you finalize your purchase.
Processing & Shipping Schedule
Orders are typically processed and shipped Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings (subject to change).
Please allow 1–4 business days for processing before shipment.
During peak harvest seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be longer.
Once shipped, most orders arrive in 3–7 business days within the U.S., but delivery times can vary.
Important Notes:
We are unable to make special delivery instructions for FedEx or USPS (e.g., “leave behind gate”). Please contact your carrier directly for special arrangements.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, reroutes or delivery holds may result in extra charges, which will be billed to the customer.
Delivery Timeframes – Not Guaranteed
We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery time is outside our control.
FedEx 2-Day: FedEx does not guarantee two-day delivery to or from Hawaii. Most shipments to the mainland take 3–10 days.
USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery is 2–3 business days, but this is not guaranteed and USPS does not offer refunds for missed timeframes.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us at orders@menehunecoffee.com . as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been fulfilled.
If a cancellation or change is possible after fulfillment, additional fees may apply.
Change of Shipping Address
Before Shipment: We may be able to update your address—contact us immediately.
FedEx Shipments: If a change is requested after shipment, FedEx may charge a $21 address change fee.
USPS Shipments: We cannot change the address after the order has shipped.
Return to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed status, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order. We are unable to process refunds for “return to sender” parcels.
International Orders – Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties or taxes upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for potential charges before ordering.
Pricing
Prices for coffee, merchandise, and subscriptions are subject to change without notice. We work hard to ensure our pricing reflects the quality and care that goes into every batch of Menehune Coffee.
Subscriptions
By subscribing to Menehune Coffee Company, you agree to recurring charges at your chosen delivery frequency until canceled.
Subscription discounts may require a minimum commitment (noted at checkout).
After meeting any minimum term, you may cancel anytime before your next billing date.
Shipping times and product availability may vary.
Promotional discounts apply to the first order unless otherwise stated.
Please keep your billing and shipping information up to date to avoid interruptions.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for coffee, food, or beverage products. All sales are final.
